Take care of your foot and toenail
There is a need for different skincare every season.
Sometimes the dryness takes away the skin's tenderness, sometimes the black
tint in the summer. Especially in the rainy season, skincare has to be done.
Because, at this time, it is more difficult to get rid of the legs. There is a lot
of dirt on the road, mud on such things. And while there is only wet water in
the rainwater. Find out what should be done in foot care.
It is important to take care of the feet every day like wash
hands and mouth. Such a thinker, Dr.Rosa He suggested brushing his feet while
bathing. Put the lotion, oil or petroleum jelly on your feet every night before
sleeping. If you take these care every day, your skin problems will decrease.
Dr.Rosa said, this time the risk of getting rash on the legs
increased. Especially those whose skin is sensitive. In this case, the
procedure of pedicure will be relaxed by putting wax on the legs. During the
rainy season, pedicure should be done for 15 days.
You can use scraps for two days at home. You can mix lemon
juice with rice powder. If you have a tendency to rash on the legs, add neem
leaf paste. If you want to increase the brightness add the yellow powder of the
scraper paste. Mix the salt in light hot water while home pedicure. One tablespoon
shampoo can be mixed in water and wet the legs in it. If the skin becomes soft,
then rub it with a clinker.
Push can be used while cleaning the nails. Those who have
diabetes, they use woodwork. It can also be used to break the forelock. Apply
the petroleum jelly before cleaning the upper part of the nail. Then the nails
of the lemon pieces will come in the glaze. In the end, you can put the
petroleum jelly on top of the foot pain. This will reduce the dryness of a lot.

Wash your feet with Jason’s tea tree soap, then soak your
feet in some very warm water in a pail, add 20–30 drops of tea tree oil.
Soak for about 20–30 minutes, pat dry, then make a mix with
coconut oil and about 10 drops of tea tree oil, rub that on your feet.
Don’t cover them up, let them get air, very important.
The second thing I would suggest is to detox internally. The fungus is caused by an overgrowth of yeast.
I once had this internally, I did extensive research.
It’s a lifestyle change. I had to stop all sugar intake, especially ice cream.
Also, beer is a big yeast growing fungal drink. You must drink water 95% of the
time every day.
When you stop sugar intake and drink water, you will get
relief from the fungus. When you eat sugary things and drink sugary drinks, and
eat yeast foods, you will have fungus overgrowth.
Also, take two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar daily. In
the morning on an empty stomach, along with a good antibiotic, that will help
tremendously.
Blessings to your health,

I’ve
personally battled toenail fungus on both big toes for about 8 years. Never
had it until after I had toe surgery for ingrown toenails. I went to four
different doctors. I’ve tried a few medications for it that had nasty side
effects. I’ve tried just about everything …. or so I thought. I started digging
again, determined to find some useful info. Well, I did…..
Basically what you need to do is STOP EATING SUGAR AND BREAD OR
ANYTHING WITH GLUTEN OR YEAST IN IT. The fungus feeds on this stuff. The funny
thing is not one doctor of the four I saw ever mentioned this! They all wanted
to put me on drugs like Lamisil and others that have terrible sides.
Start taking coconut oil capsules daily as it is an antiviral,
antifungal, antibacterial, etc. it will also improve your cognitive function.
The next thing to do is ditch all this malarkey about apple
cider vinegar and baking soda or any of these other home remedies. I’ve tried
them and got zero results.
GET YOURSELF A CLOROX BLEACH PEN AND APPLY IT TO THE INFECTED
NAIL(s) 2–3 times per week. Apply it to the nail and surrounding skin and let
it sit for a while until it drys to a thick paste then rinse off generously. Be
sure to get some under the nail as that’s where the fungus lives. Also, take a
nail file or emery board and rough up the top layer of the nail so the bleach
will penetrate. You can also do a foot soak for 10–20 mins with 10% regular
bleach(about 2–3 cap fills in a bucket of warm water. It will not hurt your
skin so don’t worry. I have sensitive skin and I’ve never had an issue. If on
the off chance you experience some skin redness or irritation, just stop and rinse
with water. The bleach sold in the grocery store is very mild. Try Clorox.
another good thing to do is wear sandals when and where you can
even if only around the house. Also, use Lotrimin anti-fungal spray on foot
powder and keep your feet dry however you can and when you can. Fungus thrives
in dark, warm, moist environments.
I've been doing this now for only a few months and my toenail
fungus is almost gone with nice shiny new nail growing in. Remember, no sugar
or bread and get a bleach pen and keep the feet dry!
Good luck!
